This faulty application is supposed to safeguard your account and login information, but proves to be more a security risk than a security measure. Initially, you'll have to set a username and Openfire Virtual Appliance to access Openfire Virtual Appliance. Security is also lax with the system tray icon. No login is required when you choose Show Openfire Virtual Appliance menu, and the window that opens displays your accounts with a right-click option to edit the record, allowing total access to your account and login data. Unlike more advanced programs, Openfire Virtual Appliance doesn't erase the clipboard entry after pasting, another notch on the security risk side. This 15-day trial doesn't impress, and with its security issues, we definitely can't recommend it to protect your data.
